Training Need Analysis (TNA) atau analisis kebutuhan pelatihan adalah proses analisis kebutuhan program pelatihan atau pengembangan potensi SDM di sebuah organisasi. Tujuan dari adanya TNA yaitu peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan organisasi.
TNA harus disiapkan sebelum program berjalan, karena merupakan pondasi pelatihan dan pengembangan perusahaan. Jika tidak, maka akan meningkatkan risiko materi yang salah dan efektivitas program yang rendah. Hal tersebut tentu akan berdampak terhadap organisasi.
